After training with Jean Ter-Merguerian at the Marseille Conservatoire, she entered the Paris Conservatoire in the class of Jean-Jacques Kantorow. This young violinist, named ‘Révélation Classique de l'Adami 2009’, won the Fourth Prize in the Long Thibaud Competition in November 2008, as well as three special prizes (Prix du Public, SACEM and Gaby Pasquier). Saténik Khourdoïan is a prizewinner of the Fondation d'entreprise Groupe Banque Populaire and plays on a G.B. Gadagnini violin on loan from the Fondation Zilber.
