The Gautier Capuçon Foundation presents Adrien Herpe, Sofie Leifer and Shicong Li
Performing together for the first time in Colmar, Sofie Leifer, Shicong Li and Adrian Herpe form a trio with a unique energy, driven by three individual careers that have already made a mark on the international scene.
The concert opens with Rachmaninov's Trio élégiaque No. 1, showcasing Shicong Li's deep tone and Sofie Leifer's luminous musicality.
Silvestrov's Mozart's Fugitive Visions then create a suspended atmosphere, before Brahms' Trio No. 1, Opus 8 closes the concert, magnified by the playing of Adrian Herpe, who is particularly attuned to this repertoire.
An intense and poetic programme, where romanticism meets a modernity full of finesse.
